Compatible with Kanger Protank II, Kanger Protank 3 and Kanger Aerotank

This base can be used to upgrade a Protank II or Protank 3 to have adjustable airflow or it can simply be used to replace a faulty Aerotank base. Turn the dial on the base to increase or decrease airflow to your preference.


The Kanger Airflow Control Valve does not change the type of atomizer heads you can use in your Kanger tank.

For Example:
The Protank II with Airflow Control Valve will still use the single coil Protank II/EVOD atomizer head
The Protank 3 with Airflow Control Valve will still use the Dual coil Protank 3/Aerotank atomizer head

  1. A major upgrade to my PT2

    Adjustable airflow is great, I kind of wish the thread was a little tighter so it didn't move around as much in my pocket. This is five stars because of the sealed 510 connection. The one major complaint I had with my PT2 was gurgling. Because the air intake is moved from the inside of the connection to the holes in the base, loose juice never leaks into the 510 itself. This dramatically reduces the frequency of needing the blow it out. Plus, I never have to wipe liquid out of the connection.

    Spin up and down varies on these as to how stiff/solid they are. Easily fixed with a thin o-ring to create a "set" point.

    Personally the flow on these is much improved, but mostly feels like on/off. Can be drilled for a little more but you're still limited by the coil.

    Key feature is sealing your 510 connection so less clean up. That alone is worth the price.

    Yeah, just get this. It makes it way easy to get that just right hit. Also if you ever run into gurgles, you can easily get rid of them by adjusting the airflow. Also they make the tank look very good.

    A great upgrade. Airflow control is the way to go. No leaks, super easy to swap with old base... I had a protank II and it works great with it. Thank you MFS.

    I like the aero tank, I might be in the minority that prefers it over the nautilis. This head will turn you protanks into aero-tanks (well, the thread didn't work on an old protank 1). The price is good and the custom air flow is great, IMHO.
