   very good, be cautious, it is very sweet. I added too much and tasted like medicine. If you add the right amount it tastes great.

   I use this to mix with coffee / cappuccino flavors, to include adding a bit more caramel kick to commercial juices already containing caramel, and it adds great caramel flavor.
