Wholesale pricing is available for customers that qualify based on their overall relationship in terms of order amounts and frequency.  We at MFS understand that each individual wholesale customer’s needs is unique, which is why we strive to develop a customized discount plan for each wholesale client based on the general guidelines outlined below.  Please read the following information to learn more about our wholesale program including how it works, discounts available, how to get started, as well as general tips for purchasing in bulk volumes from MyFreedomSmokes.com

Most products that we sell here at MyFreedomSmokes.com are available for purchase in bulk quantities.   A single bulk product order requires less labor, time, and miscellaneous expense on our part in comparison with processing numerous retail orders to sell the same amount of products individually.  These saving are then passed along to the customer in the form of a wholesale discount.

Wholesale discounts for most products follow the scale below based on the customer’s average order total:

• $500 - 10% discount
• $1000 - 15% discount
• $2500 - 20% discount

All new wholesale accounts will begin at the 15% discount level initially.  Once a relationship has been established (minimum of 3 months or 6 orders) the discount can be adjusted based on order size and/or frequency.  Therefore, even if a wholesale customer doesn’t order over $2500 every time, they may still qualify for 20% off if they place smaller orders more frequently.  However, wholesale discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts and may not be used on any products that are marked down as a part of our weekly sales (i.e. Joyetech eGo-T Starter Kits are normally $49.95, but we may occasionally mark them down to $39.95 as a part of our weekly sale. During these types of promotions wholesale customers are not allowed to use their wholesale discount to get a further discount on these items.  Items that are on sale will always be listed in our weekly newsletter with the normal or retail price as well as the discounted price so anything that is not listed in this fashion is eligible for the wholesale discount.)

Also, we do not warranty products sold to wholesale customers at a discount.  Unfortunately, products returned under warranty is a cost that we often have to eat as a retailer due to our suppliers being overseas, making it not worth shipping product back to them.  The costs to cover returns is built into our retail pricing but is removed to provide a larger wholesale discount.  Therefore, due to the additional discount that wholesale customers receive, we are unable to provide them with the same warranty that we do to our retail customers.  However, if there is a substantial problem in which the defect rate is much higher than normal, we will obviously work with our customers to find a resolution in this case. 

There are a few products that differ from the discount schedule above.  These products are PG, VG, pre-mixed e-liquids, and unflavored nicotine.  These products are already discounted for wholesale quantities and no further discounts are available. 

Wholesale customer wishing to purchase these products will be required to place a separate order for these products.

Whatever size, flavor, strength e-liquids you want to order, you can use the coupon codes below to receive a further discount.  This means that these discounts not only apply to the liter quantities, but to the 10ml, 30ml, etc.

However, with that being said, it is much cheaper, and often in the best interest of your customers to purchase the liquids in liter quantities and fill the bottles on your end (we even sell empty bottles if needed).  For example, purchasing a little over 100 10ml bottles pre-filled with ready to vape e-liquid would put you at a subtotal of around $500.  This qualifies for 15% off, which means the total paid would be $425 or around $4.25 per 10ml bottle.  On the other hand you could order a liter of e-liquid for $175 and 100 empty 10ml bottles for $49 which comes out to $224 or roughly $2.24 per 10ml bottle.  With a larger order that reaches our higher discount tiers you can even get it down to less than $1.50 per 10ml bottle.

What most of our wholesale clients do is to purchase a liter of each flavor they plan to carry in both 0mg and 24mg.  Then you can simply mix the two strengths in order to create any nic level in between (i.e. add 3 parts 24mg to 1 part 0mg in order to create an 18mg e-liquid).  This not only minimizes the number of liters that you have to order since you don’t have to order a full liter for every strength, but it also allows you to offer customization of the liquid to your customers which they tend to appreciate.
