This product is used to pay for additional shipping charges associated with heavy packages (often 3lbs or above) being shipped via USPS Express Mail, FedEx Overnight, USPS Priority Mail International , or any other expedited or international shipment methods.  We will contact you with the quantity of this product that you will need to purchase for your order to be shipped.  Each individual quantity of this product costs $1 only.
