This part alone will not charge the battery, a separate USB charger is needed.  This part simply allows you to connect the USB charger to a wall outlet.

    It's a nice reliable charger! It's my 2nd one I have purchased from here and have no problems charging my spinner and spinner 2 batteries with it!

    Got this for a friend to try and help cut down on 2 1/2 packs a day. So far, so good. He still has some smokes he bought and wants to finish them off. We'll see how it goes.

    Highly recommend - just using the USB doesn't work when you computer is turned off. This charger will re-charge your batteries while you sleep and you don't have to leave your computer on!
