These are genuine SmokTech single coil cartomizers in standard resistance, but they are not branded with the SMOK logo.

A cartomizer combines the atomizer and cartridge into one unit. You can refill the cartomizer numerous times before having to discard it. Since they are cheaper than standard atomizers, it makes it easy to fill up several with different flavors, and just unscrew and pop a new one on to enjoy a new flavor without having to rinse or wash out atomizers to try a new flavor of E-Liquid.
