Doesn't make me think of toffee, but the flavor is okay. Not sweet, so I mix mine with caramel cappuccino. Seems I mix everything with the caramel cappuccino to sweeten it up. Doesn't matter if it's mocha, vanilla bean, a mix of all of it, it is always the caramel cappuccino that gives it the extra special and sweeter flavor I prefer. Would like it to be a touch more toffee, but could just be me and my taste buds...I'm just not picking up the taste of toffee. I still vape it though, so that should tell you I like it.

Very full and fluffy flavor, very vanilla, doesn't make me think of toffee, but it's still amazing.
