  • 1 x 18650 compatible battery charger

The Bomber Features:

  • 1- power button
  • 1- voltage up button
  • 1- voltage down button
  • 1- activation button
  • 1- LCD screen, which shows the current voltage the device is set on.
  • 1- 510 threaded connection
  • 1- vented removable end cap w/ spring for battery tension

Specs:

  • Selectable voltage from 3v to 6v in 0.1v increments
  • Power on/Off Button - hold the button down for 5 seconds to turn the device on, hold the button again for 5 seconds to turn the device off.
  • + Button: On press, increases voltage by .1 increments between 3volt and 6 volt. When you reach 6 volts, the device cycles back to 3 volts
  • - Button: On press, decreases voltage by .1 increments between 3volt and 6 volt. When you reach 3 volts, the device cycles back to 6 volts
  • + and – Button: Press and hold both buttons for five second to disable the + and – button, locking the device on the voltage it is currently set at.
  • Regulated output which keeps the voltage the same with each puff - regardless of the remaining battery power. As the battery drains, the device will keep the voltage consistent.
  • If the activation button is held down for 10 seconds or longer, the device will shut itself off until the button is released. To prevent overheating the atomizer and the device.
  • Short Circuit/Atomizer Protection. The device can recognize an atomizer with too low of a resistance for the current voltage setting and will drop the voltage to 3.7v to protect both the battery and atomizer. If the atomizer is too low or shorted out it will shut off power to the device to protect the device from being damaged.
  • Reverse Battery Protection – Protects the device in case you put the battery in the device backwards
  • Battery Monitoring/Over-Discharge Protection – The device will monitor the battery voltage and automatically turn off when the battery is discharged, preventing damage to the battery by overly depleting it.
  • Amperage Limiting to 2.5 amps – The device should monitor and shut itself off if it detects any excessive over-current conditions.
  • Vent hole on the bottom of the device for added safety

  1. awesome mod

Works flawlessly the best mod Ive had at this. The price was great.I would recommend this to anyone that wants to try a vv.

  2. A nice step up

Posted by Mark on 18th Jun 2012

The starter kit is a nice improvement over the black box I've been using for a while now. Only had it two weeks but I'm quite happy with it so far. It's so nice being able to vape all day on one(!) battery.

And while the casing can stand up to abuse, don't drop it! It rolled off a counter and fell about two and a half feet. Didn't seem to work after picking it up, but a little investigation revealed that the positive terminal of the battery, which had previously been nice and flat was now dished in. Apparently the battery is not designed to be slammed onto the contact point. :) Thankfully I'd been dubious of the 'vape all day' claims and ordered a third battery just in case.

Put the another battery in and it fired right up! My dumb fault on the battery, but I'm happy to say it's worked perfectly ever since.

  3. Works Great

This works Great with a ViVi Nova tank the only problem I have had was the bottom plastic that screws in to seal the battery broke off of the metal and I had to get some epoxy and fix it but other than that it works great...

  4. connection issues

Posted by Kurt on 30th May 2012

I found that some of my atomizers and cartomizers wouldn't work at first with the 510 connection this has.

I used a small piece of copper wire as a makeshift spacer for the positive terminal and they worked.

It seems the positive terminal on the mod is too large and is making contact with the negative threading on some atomizers. I think I may have corrected it by filing the top edge so that the positive terminal is now beveled.

    OLD + |====|
    NEW + /====\

The positive terminal was easy to pull up with tweezers. The wire soldered to the terminal had about a half inch of slack.

  5. working well so far

Posted by Kurt on 29th May 2012

I just received my starter kit and did some testing with my multimeter. I spot checked a few voltages and they were pretty much right on.

I do have one problem with it so far. I have A&W 18650 and TrustFire 18650 and neither fit. It looks like this thing will only take the batteries that are flat on top.

  6. works just fine

Seems to be a solid performing device. Its another poor mans provari and being a provari owner the difference is apparent. That being said, its doing what its supposed to and works everytime with no glitches so far. Its definetly cheaper made but what can you expect for the price? Id buy another to keep for a backup in case.
