The Lambo version 2.0 boasts some great upgrades versus the previous version. The newest version has a widened threaded opening so that any eGo threaded atomizer or cartomizer will fit without the need for an adapter. Even the eGo-C bodies, Vision eGo Clearomizers, and CE5 eGo Clearomizers, which would not fit the previous version, screw directly on without a problem. It also boasts a beautiful chrome finish and a host of protection circuitry and design. Possibly the biggest new feature is the ability to read the resistance of the attached atomizer at the push of a button.

I Love this mod, but have a major problem since at even 3Volts it can't use low rez and sometimes even the same 2.2-2.5 rez that I was able to use on my Variatube-X. I have it working on 3 ohm cartos. As it stands all of my Kanger T2s are useless on this device for 2 reasons....
1. They don't fit without a ego adaptor.
2. All of the ones I have are 1.8 or 2.4 ohm and burn bad at even 3 volts.
Otherwise the unit looks great and performs well when used at 3+ ohms. Be ready to have to buy all new cartos addys and clearomizer heads $$$.

Its ohm checker is works well despite some variances. But my issue with this is the overpowered 4.5 volts it pumps out when it is set for 3.0, it makes 1.5 dual coils basically unusable on it unless you want to burn your juice or hurt your carto. Get AT LEAST 2 ohm cartos for this. 3.0 ohm I highly highly recommend. That way you actually have some play room.

The original Lambo vv 1.0 is not listed anymore; hwr, I have no doubt that the 2.0v is even better than the Lambo VV though I find it difficult to believe there is a way to make it ever greater but they did! :)
The original Lambo vv was a 3-yr anniversary gift for being analog-free! It took some time and a bit of a learning curve as to how to work the voltages for liquids but it has been well worth the playing around with different liquids at different volts in 0.1 increments starting at 3.0 - 6.0. It has been my experience that the best vape for me tends to run between 4.2 - 5.0 although, some e-liquids tastes extra nice at 5.5. The 6.0 seems to get a little too hot but this may be simply a matter of how I custom my liquids (all MFS liquids for 3+yrs including MFS Nic Juice, PG/VG, and the clearance juices along w/the best addition to my stash of liquids- The Sweetener as I have a bit of a sweet-tooth! A few drops of sweetener goes a long way so don't overload. Try it a drop or two at a time b4 adding more to taste first).
The batteries takes approximately 2-3hrs to charge depending upon how drained the batteries become. The Variable Volts do tend to drain batteries down faster than the 3.7 reg E-Cig batteries; hwr, they last longer so the trade-off is well worth it! I keep 3 batteries, with plans to add a 4th battery to rotate them out by 2 batteries until they lose the ability to charge, as all batteries do at some point although for the last 2-3mos, my batteries are still charging and performing well. The batteries were purchased from MFS too, in addition to the 2 batteries that came with the Lambo VV 1.0 unit.
I've found that using cartomizers are best when using the Lambo; hwr, it is important to ensure to keep the cartos wet b/c the higher voltage options can dry out the cartos much faster than non variable volt units. If you run a carto dry with the variable volt, you will most likely pop the atomizer inside and cause a burnt taste requiring the need to replace the carto much sooner than necessary. I get at least a dozen refills out of the cartos if not more, as long as I keep the cartos wet.
As you add e-liquid to the cartos for the Lambo, it's best to remove the cartomizer and add the little condom on the bottom (I use 3.0ohm cartos or around 2.8ohm. It's my hope to order a DCT unit when I can afford to buy the unit and extra punch cartos with the possibility of a puncher tool in case any of the cartos come from the manufacturer that isn't fully punched, which is well beyond MFS' control but I can say from personal experience that MFS does order & stock the highest quality for the best prices possible when it comes to parts just as they take such care when mixing MFS custom-mix e-liquids with regards to extra flavor, VG%, etc...) I did get the chance to use a Vision Clearomizer on the Lambo w/the use of an adapter on the Lambo original and it works well so with 2.0, it should be so much better & without need of an adapter. But I digress... When adding e-liquid to the cartos, remove the carto from the unit, make sure to add the condom to the bottom of the carto, then under a decent light or if you have vision issues as I do, use a toothpick or a blunt needle to feel the e-liquid to ensure you do not have overflow. Add only a few drops at a time until it soaks into the carto completely. Add the softie cap back on it, hold the carto btw the index finger & thumb ensuring the hole of the softie cap is covered, shake well back and forth for a few seconds then check for dryness or wetness of the internal wadding. If a bit dry, add a few more drops at a time then repeat until it's thoroughly wet but not overfilled or you will encounter leakage with standard cartomizers.
The vaping from a dual carto at 1.5-1.7 or at 2.8 - 3.0 ohm, is amazing. If you fill a fresh filled cartomizer, this gives you the perfect opportunity to find your perfect "sweet-spot" voltage to vape with the variable volt options from 3.0 to 6.0. Again, I highly recommend removing the carto when refilling in order to avoid overfill and leakage. It only takes a few moments & with the condom cover(s) and a few shakes back & forth to ensure even fill in the wadding will make a world of difference with little to no need for a tissue unless you overfill b/c you don't pay attn to the soaking up of liquid in the wadding material of the cartos.
FYI: The Plunger Kit with directions on cleaning cartos will give you even longer use out of a cartomizer as long as the carto is not vaped dry to the point of leaving a burnt taste from destroying the internal atty unit within the cartomizer unit. The Plunger Kit in clean-mode gives you much more bang for your buck when it comes to buying and using cartomizers. I have a Plunger Kit. It's well worth the cost b/c it saves $$ down the road by allowing the cleaning of cartomizers completely through as long as following the directions that come with the kit. Personally, I cannot imagine using cartomizers without having The Plunger Kit on hand for cleaning the cartomizers when it becomes clogged or to clear out a particular flavor when changing e-liquid flavors that don't mix well.
Compared to other E-Cigs and Mods, the Lambo VV 2.0-version seems a bit pricey but try checking the prices of other VV units and you'll find that $200-$500 is far too much to pay when the Lambo VV original & now the 2.0 version is well worth every penny! Add MFS' Plunger Kit for cleaning cartomizers and you've got the best deal anyone can offer! Additionally, the cost of the batteries are reasonable too. And you don't have to rob the bank to cover the cost of a unit.
The one thing I recommend doing at least once every couple of days is wiping the base unit down with a soft cloth so as not to scratch the chrome color. Also, using either a Q-Tip or a piece of a paper towel, press it gently into the top area where the cartos/attys screw into the unit in order to assure that area is clean. Use a folded section of a paper towel to run through the ring section on the outer section from the center that resembles a type of small well to ensure there is no e-liquid in the area. If e-liquid is in the area and it is dry, moisten the paper towel folding then run it around the area then repeat with a dry folded paper towel to make sure the area dries completely.
This is most definitely a 5-Star Electronic Cigarette Mod and the 2.0 version is even better! It's worth putting back money from your paycheck until you have enough to buy this unit. There won't be any regrets, esp considering the 2.0 version is lighter in weight plus even more extras! It's the best E-Cig I've had the pleasure of using yet! I can't imagine anything better...
