I got this, And instantly fell in love with the flavor. This is my *first* vape ever. No, It doesn't taste like I thought it would. It's almost got a sweet honey taste to it and it is mellow (I got it in 12mg). I believe I fancy it quite a bit. And honestly I know that freshly mixed juices always taste different then matured ones, so I can't wait to taste it more when it has had the time to age.

I buy my juice at the head shop in Charlotte NC where they sell this brand. I have been buying the Camel and have found it to be my official "back-up brand". You remember, right? When the oddball kwikee mart was out of your brand, you had a "back-up brand"?
It's got a great flavor, spice, and throat hit to satisfy. Hell, I'm vaping it right now!

They tell us in vape school that our tastes will change. And that the juices will vary from batch to batch. And that we're just subjective little dots on a blue planet anyway. That all makes it hard. Not sure what to believe. What happened to me, could happen to you, it's that I started to vape Camel 48 a lot. First just in the afternoons, then evenings, then nights, and mornings too. Now it doesn't seem so very strong. (Well, in the morning it still does. I just pick myself up, and vape some more). Or even manly. It's just good. It's like Dekang with a little less peanut and a little more wang. My dog likes it too. I stopped worrying. I just order more.

Let's agree on one thing. Vape juice does not "taste" like a cigarette. Why should it? Macerate an ash-tray full of butts in glycerin? I think not. There are all sorts of interesting alternatives, with the DK "tobacco" variety tending to taste like a freshly opened pack of cigs in a bed of fruit. Nice. And a great concept to build your own juices on.
But now and then you want a KICK. Like an unfiltered Camel or a blue Gauloise. If "throat hit" is understood to be the screaming of the cells in your mucosa, then upping the PG content is a good approach; I don't care for it. A more reasonable approach is to start with the Dekang Generic, add a rougher tobacco flavor, and raise the nicotine level, say to ... 48 mg/ml. That's what this is. Very strong, most manly, and a camel's kick to your nervous system. Not your "all day vape", but I always carry some to drip, for that little bang that says "thank you, m'aam".
I do wish they would tell us where each juice comes from, is it MFS-made, mixed stateside by some hippy flavor geeks in Vermont, or does it come in 50 gallon drums from the People's Collective Most Profitable Ketones and Petrochemical Distillery? In any case, this one is not one you're likely to be sucking on all day anyway, so no matter what its origin, it's highly recommended.
