this atomizer didn't work very well in my inhaler because I didn't buy my inhaler in the "mfs" brand
Mine is an original "joytech" manufactured brand and it DOES make a difference, so if you purchased your inhaler in the MFS - myfreedomsmokes brand then these should work for you. Thankfully mfs sent me the ones I needed with promptness.

Burnt flavor every time with my first MFS 5 pack of attys, without fixing it myself. Very frustrating.
After reading others reviews, I pulled the stem off an MFS atty that was not producing as expected and clipped 1/3 to 1/2 of the wick off, and then replaced it. It now works a lot better. Looks like I'll be doing this with the remaining 4 as I cycled through them in frustration. They all still work and at least last as long as the joyetech attys. We'll see if they surpass them. I've previously had short lived experiences with the joyetech attys in both the ego-c and ego-t, however they produce wonderfully when they do work.

I bought several 5-packs of this atomizer and less than 50% of them worked. Usually the problem was that that atomizer coil didn't even work; that is, I would push the button and hear no atomizer noise at all. Myfreedomsmokes offered a store credit on the inoperable cartridges, but shipping and handling weren't part of the replacement. Save your money.

There has to be a site or place to replace the wicks if need be. I think the solution lies in the wick part its to close to coils. And the coil depth seems more shallow than the ego-t series. I NEED MORE WICKS, in bulk , Please direct to a Co. that sells it. Then it can be adjusted.

I noticed a change in the taste after using it for a day. I removed the spike portion and wick to make it better for dripping and could see that it was burning the plastic around the heating element. It will produce smoke with or without juice, because when it runs dry, it quickly starts burning the white plastic that the heating element sits in.

i must had gotten a decent batch of them, life span time will tell but sometimes they deliver a dry hit.they produce vapor really well and they work.

I found these atomizer's quality spotty at best.
My solution was to pop the spike off, cut the "wick" close to the coil. I soaked the dirty atty in some Everclear for a few hours, dried and burned off the accumulated juice clogging the coil, reassembled the atty with the new wick made from some wick material I found at another vendor, and primed it.
No more problems with over or under saturation of the atty. Only observation is that these don't last quite as long as the joyetech attys.
But with the lower price and 3/4" of fresh wick the price is right.

Well, I'm five heads in, and I've either gotten all duds or this is a pretty poor product.
Constant burnt flavor, even after presoaking the wick and leaving the cart on for 30 minutes before vaping. To be accurate, the first three puffs are pretty good. Good flavor, good vapor, but it is all downhill from there.
And like any experienced vaper, my first thought was "I know, I'll just pop the spike and adjust the wick. Not so fast, my friend. These are not like the ego-t attys. The wick actually feeds through the coil and goes up through the spike, with no metal grommet to secure it, so when you remove that spike, it's game over. You will not get that wick back in.
So 1 atty down. I think, "maybe that was a dud". Wrong. Same story with 2-5. Now on the fifth one, I have kind of a rhythm where I alternately exhale and inhale quickly to make the juice feed into the atty. It works... almost. Still get an almost dry hit nearly every time.
I have a buddy who says he loves his, so it's entirely possible I've got a bad batch, or that my juice is flawed, or my brand new tanks are bad. Who knows? All I know is that my experience with these atty heads has been subpar at best.
It's a promising concept and worth investing in, but I might sit out a few months and let the tech catch up to the idea.
