The Joyetech Cubis Subohm Atomizer Tank

If you thought Subohm atomizer tanks were pretty much all the same, Joyetech has a surprise for you.  The new Cubis Tank has a design you haven’t seen before.  Rather than following the standard subohm tank model in which the atomizer sits inside a base with the tank, chimney, and topcap screwing down onto it, the Cubis’ topcap, chimney and atomizer are one connected unit, and they screw into a juice reservoir (which Joyetech calls the “cup”) until the atomizer makes contact with the base and fixed centerpin. 

The advantages to this innovative tank design are numerous.  The Cubis is leak proof, since there’s no path for juice to escape along the bottom of the tank. What’s more, since the tank is a cup-style, you can pour your eliquid directly in!  No dropper required!  Airflow control on the Cubis is achieved through a twist ring between the topcap and juice reservoir; drawing on the 510 compatible driptip creates negative pressure in the atomizer chamber, drawing vapor up and e-liquid into the atomizer through two small ports on the base.  The atomizer itself consists of an outer airflow chamber and an inner vapor chamber, and the delicate balance of airflow and juiceflow within this innovative design results in a unique vaping experience.  The Cubis ships with a 0.5 ohm SS316 temp control/wattage coil, and a 1.0 ohm SS316 temp control/wattage coil and 1.5 ohm Clapton coil are also available (for an analog vaping experience.)
