Thank you for your interest in our wholesale program. This program is limited to established businesses with verifiable Business License, Reseller Certificate, or EIN/Tax ID info submitted.

We are not a distributor and therefore do not offer distributor pricing. If you have the means and can handle the lead times, you will likely always get a better deal on hardware by purchasing products from a licensed distributor or buying directly from the manufacturer. However, we are a great resource for businesses that don't want to worry about MOQs, can't wait 2-4 weeks or more to receive product, need overnight shipping, and/or are looking for a one-stop shop to fill their immediate needs.

To make it as easy as possible we have now implemented wholesale pricing without the need for a separate website or catalog. Once approved, wholesale customers are able to simply sign into their account to receive wholesale pricing on all products throughout our store. This means you can easily navigate to the products you need, add them to your cart, checkout online, and have them shipped out the same or next day with no additional hassle. You can even have your order shipped overnight with FedEx. Perfect for when you need something fast and at a reasonable price, but don't have time to wait for a shipment from overseas to arrive.

Allow 1-2 business days for your request to be processed, and if everything checks out you will receive an email confirming that your account has been activated for wholesale pricing.

Wholesale customers are not allowed to combine their wholesale discount with any other discounts or coupons such as our weekly promotions unless expressly authorized in the promotional details.

Wholesale discounts vary depending on order size, frequency, and lifetime value of the relationship. We do not disclose the discount tiers or requirements for separate discount tiers as they are not fixed values. Below is a rough outline of how we assign discount tiers:

Top 20% of wholesale customers receive the top discount tier
Middle 30% of wholesale customer recieve upgraded discount tier
Bottom 50% of wholesale customer recieve basic wholesale discount tier

All new Wholesale customers begin at the basic wholesale discount tier and automatic upgrades or downgrades are made periodically.

Unflavored Nicotine is already priced for wholesale in bulk quantities. Therefore, applying for wholesale pricing will not qualify you for an additional discount on these products. However, you will gain discounts on hardware, parts, kits, e-liquids, pg, vg, flavoring, and diy equipment.
