Description

Fits Joye 510 and eGo standard atomizers only!

The drip tip is designed to be used in place of a cartridge on a standard 510/eGo style atomizer. The have a large hole running through them where you can drip your liquid smoke juice directly on to the atomizer for a fresh vape every time - a practice known as "dripping". It's just like putting a brand new cartridge, every time you drip.

A long Drip Tip for the 510 and eGo atomizers. It enables easy dripping onto the atomizer bridge. The long nylon (derlin), stainless, and aluminum drip tips are made of high quality materials. One of the main benefits of direct dripping using a drip tip is there is never that acrid taste that can occur when using plastic carts.

  1. Just When You Thought E-Cigs Couldn't Get Better!

Posted by Paise on 19th Mar 2011

The Drip-Tips for any e-cigarette brand is wonderful; however, the drip tips for the variety of Ego and 510 E-Cigs are terrific!

The days of replacing and odd refilling of cartridges are gone. All a vaper needs to carry now is an E-cig with drip-tip and bottle of e-liquid depending upon how much an e-cig user vapes in a day. It wouldn't hurt to keep a small pack of tissue handy as the atomizers will leak if the drip-tip and atomizer are overfilled. Adding 3-4 drops of e-liquid is plenty of liquid to prevent leakage.

The best part I found regarding the drip-tips is the fact there is no need to add the filler to a cartridge then spend time constantly refilling the cartridge using a syringe or a locking bottle called a leur (bottle with a small short yet perfectly sized blunt syringe tip that is easily inserted into the cartridge to refill). It is my opinion that the e-liquid remains fresher for a longer period of time when kept in a small tightly closed bottle out of reach of sunlight such as in a purse or pocket.

Personally, I have both the Delrin (plastic) and the metal type of drip-tips; overall considering wear and tear in addition to the heating of the atomizer by way of the battery, I prefer the metal drip-tips as they will certainly outlast a Delrin; however, the plastic Derlin drip-tips are much lighter when used on an E-cigarette, which means a lot when switching to the Ego, Ego-T Tank, and other similar e-cigarettes in size.

It is a major toss up between the two so it's my opinion and suggestion for anyone considering buying a drip-tip is to buy a couple of each. I've misplaced my drip-tips a time or two; however, I had them all back together before the end of the day. I had placed it in my Ego case and forgotten it was there. But seriously, get at least one of each to make your own determination as well as having a spare. Think of drip-tips like atomizers, a spare is a good thing to have handy just in case it's misplaced or you need to switch them out. BTW, they are easily cleaned using hot water. Dry with a paper towel and run a Q-tip through the center hole to ensure that is clean as well.
