  1. Top-Notch Gloves: Well Worth the Cost

These gloves are great for using with e-liquids, especially when mixing. They are the same type of gloves kept in stock at the salon about a mile from where I live. The tattooist and piercing artists use them all the time. The tools & other utensils are autoclaved (non-reusable items are placed in a specially locked hazard box) but even with the autoclaved instruments, there's a risk of blood seepage from a piercing and from a tattoo though it's minimal at most; however, these gloves provide the level of protection the artists need in their shop.

If this type of glove is good enough for use in such a manner in a tattoo/piercing salon, then it is surely worth using at home to prevent exposure to the skin when working with nicotine, flavorings, PG, and VG additives when mixing flavors at home. I used several pair the owner of the shop sent me home with to keep my tattoo clean and bacteria clean and again when I had my piercing (small diamond nose-bone pierced in the side of the nose. They work wonderfully. Best of all, they are like a 2nd layer of skin that protects the hands without disturbing or distracting from whatever task performed. Again, they fit well and behave like a 2nd layer of skin not to mention they are thicker, safer, and last longer if you are mixing ONLY your liquids, though it's best to toss an old pair for a fresh one at each session to prevent cross flavorings that may ruin other flavors being mixed.
